Single-Cell 3D Phenomics

Our 3D segmentation model identifies nuclei within the tissue’s native structural environment. Comprehensive geometric, intensity, and co-localization features extracted from recognized cells allows robust quantification of biomarker expression. This generates an in-depth understanding of each tissue’s phenotypic landscape.

Tissue-Scale 3D Phenomics

Blood vessels are segmented with superb accuracy using our proprietary algorithm. Detailed topological and biomarker co-localization data underpin endpoints including vasculature efficiency, permeability, and perfusability -  all critical insights into tissue health and drug delivery.
